Pot odds: the price of your call, in one number
Pot odds compare what you must pay with what the pot offers. Facing a 50 bet into a 100 pot, you call 50 to win 200 — you need at least 25% equity to break even. This calculator does the conversion instantly: enter pot size and bet size, get the required equity, then check that figure against your hand with the equity calculator.

- Read the required equity (the break-even percentage for your call).

Frequently asked questions
+What is the fastest way to estimate pot odds in game?
Divide the call by the total pot after your call. A half-pot bet always requires 25% equity, a pot-sized bet 33%, a third-pot bet 20% — memorising those three anchors covers most spots.
+What about implied odds?
Pot odds only count chips already in the middle. When hidden equity exists — you expect to win more bets when your draw hits — your effective price improves. That is why suited connectors can call slightly "bad" direct prices in deep-stacked pots.
+Do pot odds apply to tournaments?
